Journe To restores dignity and hope by meeting our unhoused neighbors right where they are. Through our mobile services across Baltimore City, we provide essential care, resources, and genuine human connection — supporting individuals on their journey toward stability, healing, and home.

Throughout the year, Journe To hosts outreach events across Baltimore City, bringing food, hygiene items, wound care, and wellness resources directly to our unhoused neighbors. Every outreach is an opportunity to serve, connect, and remind our community that everyone deserves care.

Journey To is a mobile bus unit dedicated to serving individuals experiencing homelessness in Baltimore City.
Help us transform this bus into a fully functional mobile resource center — complete with hot showers, nourishing meals, essential toiletries, medical screenings, wellness services, and more. With your support, we can create a space of dignity, care, and hope for those too often unseen.
